Overall a very positive visit. Hotel was situated in the nicer part of Paignton - a bit further away from the town centre but near a much nicer beach and quieter area of the town. Hotel is behind a large park/garden area - our room had a fantastic view of this and the sea front behind the park. Read less

Friendly and welcoming owners, nicely decorated large en-suite room, relaxed atmosphere, lovely full english breakfast with the option to help yourself to as much cereal and juice as you'd like.

Pleasant location with easy and adjacent parking. The children enjoyed the nearby park and the hotel is literally a stone's throw from the sea.

We are a family with 2 children stay for 1 night ,the place was very nice and quiet area ,there is the park just opposit where we stay,the beach just infront of the park also water park just on the right,quite convenien area.The room we stay were on the top and the side of the room was't too bad for family to stay,but most of furnished need update as look old fashion, feel like at home. The owner with couple who own were very friendly and make us feel like home,very good service,Over all good! Read less
