Paignton is an ideal family resort town with all the traditional seaside attractions, which include an attractive harbour, theatre, zoo, Quaywest water park and coastline steam railway.

Paignton, in the heart of Torbay, also known as the English Rivera has a wonderful array of activities, sporting facilities, golfing, theatre, natural beauty spots, wild coastline, inland waterways and rivers.

BY CAR - (marked in purple on map, above)

Along Paignton sea front to mini roundabout at south end. Turn left past Paignton Harbour to top of Roundham Road. Road bears right into Alta Vista Road. First left is Youngs Park Road.

OR

Through Paignton, exit on Dartmouth Rd. (sign posted for Brixham). At first mini roundabout, turn left into Roundham Rd then immediately right after crossing the railway bridge. After c.100 yards, fork off right into Youngs Park Road.

BY RAIL OR COACH - The Rowcroft is only a short walk from Paignton rail and coach stations, though there is a taxi service directly outside. Frequent train and express coach services run from all parts of the UK.

BY AIR - Exeter and Plymouth airports are the nearest, around 30-40  minutes away.
